Refund Policy

We hope you will be happy with your new piece of art. However, If for some reason you are not happy, please notify us within 14 working days by email plumblossomink@gmail.com and we will provide a returns address.

Item/s will be refunded or exchanged within the 14 day period providing that you have not used the item/s. It is returned in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to me safely. Unfortunately post and package costs are non-refundable and always obtain a certificate of posting as proof.
