The service includes:
- A 90-minute live performance providing tailor-made calligraphy writing on bookmarks and postcards for customers during the event.
- A calligraphy suggestion menu list provided on-site for customers to easily choose their preferred phrases, names, or quotes.
- Additional pre-written calligraphy bookmarks left on-site for the Waterstones store to distribute to future customers after the session ends.
