"Magnolia and Blue Bird" is an original Chinese painting, or sumi-e art in another word. Hand painted on semi sized single Xuan paper, 半生宣 in freshly ground natural ink, mineral pigments.
Inspired by the magnolia trees in our local park, Preston Manor walled garden.
The magnolia flower meaning is attached with the symbols of nobility, perseverance, and love of nature. Soft and subtle in colour yet strong in appearance, the flower is representative of the beauty encompassing femininity and gentleness. The pink magnolia blooms symbolise youth, innocence, and joy.
This painting will brighten up your wall wherever you display it.
